BAI's continuous track record of successful
support to the Special Operations community includes system engineering,
system test, software development, training, and logistics support. Our
success is primarily due to three factors: proven performance, knowledge
of both end user and program office requirements, and proximity to operational
users. BAI maintains close connections and working relationships with the
Special Operations community, with experienced BAI personnel providing on-site
support at COMNAVSPECWARCOM (Naval Amphibious Base (NAB)) and Naval Spcial Warfare
Group ONE in Coronado, California, Naval Special Warfare Group TWO in Virginia Beach,
Virginia, 1st Special Forces Group Ft. Lewis Washington, and 10th Special Forces Group
FT. Carson, Colorado. Mission Planning BAI has been a key contributor to the Naval Special Warfare's mission planning program since its inception in 1998, when BAI personnel helped automate "The Blue Book," NSW's mission planning doctrine. BAI subject matter experts assisted in the concept and implementation of the Special Warfare Automated Mission Planning Systems (SWAMPS), recognized as NSW's first successful mission planning program. BAI was also instrumental in the development of the concept and implementation of NSW's Mission Support Center reach-back facilities, providing users in the field with the best possible intelligence, meteorological and geo-spatial data. BAI engineers support NSW Special Operations Mission Planning Environment: Maritime (SOMPE-M), Naval Special Warfare Group One’s Mission Support Center, and U.S. Army Special Operations (USASOC) and U.S. Special Operations Command’s (USSOCOM) Special Operations Mission Planning Environment (SOMPE) Office.
