BAI's Management and Technical Solutions (MTS) Group provides engineering, acquisition management, logistics, and program support, working in close partnership with our customers in program offices within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), and Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).

Schedule and coordinate the development of off-board mission systems for strike fighter aircraft platforms, joining multiple individual planning capabilities into an integrated mission planning environment.

Conduct operational research and analysis for military and commercial applications, operational test and evaluation, and management information/decision support system design and development

Provide support to decision makers through centralized Information Management with advanced display capability, and Dynamic Targeting Cell systems integration and management, for NSAWC war fighting operations.

Perform strategic planning and engineering analysis for the shipboard installation of current and future strike systems and for upgrades to existing mission planning systems, completing all documentation and coordinating installation efforts with shipyard supervisors.

Perform strategic planning and engineering analysis for the shore station installation of current and future strike systems and for upgrades to existing mission planning systems, completing all documentation and coordinating installation efforts with shore station authorities.

Supervise software development and integration for onboard avionics systems, responsible for developing program documentation, planning and standing up the Weapons System Support Activity, and monitoring the status of software development and testing.

Manage the design, development and deployment of current mission planning software and computer hardware to all Navy/Marine Corps aviation units, supporting operational mission planning and aircraft data loading.

Provide analytical support to OPNAV to identify mission planning and command and control systems functional and funding requirements encompassing all Naval aviation platforms, avionics, and precision weapons.

Support the Naval Strike and Air Weapons roadmap, weapon-related Sea Power 21 initiatives, general weapons requirements, CONOPS development, and curriculum for aircrew and air wing training.

Perform enterprise financial management troubleshooting services, resolving unmatched disbursements, closing old contracts, and correcting discrepancies between contractor and Navy financial records.

Provide program and acquisition management of software support activity efforts.
