Manage the design, development and deployment of current mission planning software and computer hardware to all Navy/Marine Corps aviation units, supporting operational mission planning and aircraft data loading.

Provide analytical support to OPNAV to identify mission planning and command and control systems functional and funding requirements encompassing all Naval aviation platforms, avionics, and precision weapons.

Support the Naval Strike and Air Weapons
roadmap, weapon-related Sea Power 21 initiatives, general weapons
requirements, CONOPS development, and curriculum for aircrew and air
wing training.

Perform enterprise financial management troubleshooting services, resolving unmatched disbursements, closing old contracts, and correcting discrepancies between contractor and Navy financial records.
